Legence is hiring a temporary HRIS Data Validation Analyst to validate and reconcile employee demographic, employment, organizational, payroll, compensation, and benefits data across multiple systems. The role identifies discrepancies, resolves data quality issues, documents findings, monitors data quality metrics, and creates exception reports and dashboards. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or two years of HR technology systems experience, at least two years of HRIS or data analytics experience, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and strong analytical and organizational abilities. The position is remote, requires U.S. work authorization, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
