Description
The Eastern District of Virginia Consolidated Information Technology Department is hiring a one-year temporary Information Technology Technician II to provide end-user help desk support and install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and remote-access systems. The role also includes user training, documentation, asset inventory, account support, backup assistance, and occasional travel to district offices and off-site training. Applicants must be United States citizens or eligible to work in the United States, have two years of specialized technical support experience, and be proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office; a high school diploma or equivalent is required and a college degree is preferred.
