The temporary Program Development Specialist supports Deans and the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs in developing, approving, implementing, modifying, and terminating academic programs. The role coordinates documentation, project management, research, data, regulatory submissions, enrollment projections, financial projections, curriculum plans, and accreditation-related changes; it requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of relevant higher-education experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The position is open until filled, pays $50 per hour, and requires up to 28 hours per week in Nashville.
