Description
The Doe Fund is seeking a temporary Program Director for its permanent supportive housing program, anticipated to last approximately 3–4 months. The role leads staff and residents, oversees program operations, budgets, contracts, intake, crisis intervention, training, compliance, reporting, quality assurance, and agency relationships, and supervises clinical staff. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant field, at least five years of experience working with homeless, HIV/AIDS, substance-abuse, and mentally ill populations, and strong leadership, clinical, case management, communication, and computer skills.
