The Contract Scheduling Analyst reports to the Manager, Scheduling and supports daily scheduling, nominations, inventory, actualization, settlement, freight, railcar, customs, and logistics activities for crude oil, refined products, renewable fuels, LPG, and related commodities. The role also assists with the Right-Angle system implementation, data migration, testing, training, reporting, and process improvements while coordinating with Scheduling, Trading, Operations, Accounting, and external counterparties. Candidates need post-secondary education or equivalent experience, at least two years of relevant operations, trading, risk, or scheduling experience, strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and familiarity with commodity management or scheduling systems.
