Description
The School Counselor will create, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive school counseling program aligned with the Chicago Public Schools REACH Framework, conduct needs assessments and data reviews, deliver academic, career, postsecondary, and social-emotional services, provide individual and responsive student support, coordinate indirect services, and support school operations and professional development. The role requires a master's degree in school counseling and a current Illinois State Board of Education Professional Educator License with a School Counseling Endorsement.
