Description
DESC is hiring a temporary Service Coordinator for The Gateway shelter/emergency housing program. The role manages basic day-to-day shelter operations, supports clients during crises, monitors safety and security, registers and documents services, provides referrals, supports volunteers, and assists with food service and transition to day programs. The position is scheduled for a night shift with Tuesday and Wednesday days off, initially expected to last 6–12 months, and pays $32.72–$36.12 per hour.
