Uniban Canada is hiring a Glass Shop Manager to oversee an automotive glass service shop. The role includes recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training glass technicians and customer service representatives; scheduling and payroll administration; inventory control; register balancing, invoicing, and bank deposits; product ordering and restocking; financial monitoring; employee evaluations; customer support; and glass-repair assistance. The position requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to work in vehicles and varied weather, basic computer skills, strong customer service and communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
