Description
The Temporary Transportation Driver transports patients and residents to and from hospitals, medical offices, dialysis centers, residences, activities, appointments, and outings. The role emphasizes safe and professional transportation, customer service, monitoring passenger safety during boarding and building entry or exit, vehicle inspections and maintenance, and completion of required paperwork. An active Illinois driver's license meeting Department of Transportation vehicle-licensing and physical requirements is required; a high school diploma or equivalent and bus or van driving experience are preferred. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available, and the position is temporary.
