WS Development is seeking a Tenants' Construction Manager to act as the primary liaison between tenants and the complex world of design, construction, and lease execution. The successful candidate will guide tenants through the entire construction process, ensuring clarity, timely progress, and adherence to lease terms and regulations. This role involves coordinating with various internal and external parties, drafting and negotiating construction work letters, managing budgets, and utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and improve tenant satisfaction.
