WS Development is hiring a Tenant Construction Manager to serve as the tenant’s primary partner through construction, lease execution, and store opening. The role coordinates internal and external stakeholders, manages project timelines and budgets, reviews construction plans, oversees landlord deliverables, maintains Salesforce records, and resolves risks while supporting leasing strategy. Candidates need 7+ years of tenant construction, project management, owner’s representative, or construction coordination experience, strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of leases and permitting, and comfort with AI tools and regional or national travel. The expected salary is $110,000-$130,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
