The role covers customer requirements gathering, solution architecture, pre-sales demonstrations, proof-of-concept and AI Agent MVP delivery, engineering coordination, risk management, and representation at industry events. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, at least five years of public cloud pre-sales or solution architecture experience, cloud and virtualization expertise, strong English and Mandarin communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across sales, product, engineering, and customer teams.
