Description
The Tender Analyst supports Fracht’s North America import and export operations by managing tender and RFQ processes, coordinating with Sales, Procurement, and Pricing teams, developing competitive pricing, analyzing profitability, recommending cargo routing, negotiating carrier rates, and improving tender workflows. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, an undergraduate degree in logistics or a related business field, at least 2–3 years of logistics experience, and strong Microsoft Office, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
