HOCHTIEF is hiring a Tender Coordinator to support its Business Development and Sales team in identifying, evaluating, and preparing for tenders. The role involves gathering contract information in Salesforce, screening prospects, creating one-pagers, collecting prequalification materials, identifying relevant completed projects, and progressively contributing to tender documents. The position works with Tender Managers, estimators, buyers, project managers, work planners, the PQ department, and partner companies, with one day per week working from home.
