The Tender Engineer supports the estimating team on challenging infrastructure projects by preparing work plans, schedules, and methods for tenders; supporting construction sites with execution and planning; and translating technical and logistical ideas into practical client proposals. The role requires a master’s degree in civil engineering, 5–10 years of site or project management experience, planning and LEAN skills, French knowledge, and PC application proficiency.
