Description
The Tender Engineer will develop construction methods and execution strategies for large and complex building projects, translate tender documents into feasible plans, prepare schedules and site methodologies, and support construction sites during execution. The role works alternately in the office and on site, bridging estimating, execution, and the client. Candidates need a master’s degree in civil engineering, 5–10 years of site or project management experience, planning and LEAN skills, organization, independence, teamwork, basic French, and PC application proficiency.
