DEME Environmental NL is hiring a Tender Manager to lead standalone and joint environmental projects from tender analysis through proposal finalization. The role coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages schedules and risks, liaises with clients and external partners, ensures commercial and contractual accuracy, and improves tender processes. Candidates need at least a bachelor’s-level qualification, five years of relevant tender, project, or comparable experience, strong Dutch and English communication skills, and experience coordinating complex processes and multidisciplinary teams.
