Description

Hunt St is recruiting a Philippines-based Tender Manager for direct engagement by an Australian premium architectural residential builder operating across Queensland and New South Wales. The fully remote contractor will own estimating, tendering, proposal preparation, post-tender changes, value management, and contract progression from documentation review through signed contract. The role requires strong residential construction estimating experience, especially high-end architectural homes, with proficiency in PlanSwift, Excel, AI tools such as Claude, plan and specification review, RFI management, formal proposal preparation, meeting coordination, and independent remote work aligned with Australian business hours.

Additional Information
