Gebr. Van Kessel is hiring a Tender Manager to lead the tender team and manage the full tender process from selection through submission, handover, and client evaluation. The role involves coordinating resources, analyzing tender documents, developing EMVI strategies, managing projects up to €25 million, and leading teams of 2–10 people across road construction, civil engineering, sports and cultural engineering, and maintenance.
