Description
The Tender Manager is responsible for managing the full tendering process from initial request through project handover, including tender and pricing strategies, complex cost estimates, risk and change-order management, and coordination across engineering, procurement, production, and project execution. The role requires a degree in industrial or civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification, several years of experience in bid management, cost estimating, or project management, and German proficiency at C1 level.
