Description
The Tender Specialist prepares public and private bids and commercial offers, including large-scale infrastructure projects, by analyzing tender documentation, contractual requirements, technical specifications, costs, risks, and customer requirements. The role coordinates cross-functional contributions, develops estimates and commercial proposals, maintains tender archives, monitors offer performance, and reports progress to the Tender Office Manager. Applicants should have a degree in civil or building engineering or a related field, experience with tender documentation, knowledge of estimating and cost analysis, familiarity with cost-management tools, and excellent English; recent graduates may also be considered. The planned annual compensation is €50,000 to €70,000 under the CCNL for the Construction/Building Industry.
