Civitta is hiring a Tender Specialist to coordinate international tender applications, monitor and analyze donor-tender opportunities, prepare submissions, manage expert and consortium relationships, maintain tender databases, and support market research and consortium formation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 1–5 years of tender-preparation experience, knowledge of international donor procurement, English fluency, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position is open in Ukraine and several other countries, offers flexible working hours and a city-centre office, and pays 950–1,300 EUR gross per month.
