The Tender Specialist will manage tender procedures for public and private entities, from monitoring notices and preparing administrative documentation through contract signing and subcontracting agreements. The role also supports e-procurement platforms, supplier-register accreditation, PEC mailbox monitoring, document updates, scheduling, and coordination of certificates and anti-mafia declarations. The position is based in Rome, offers permanent employment, and pays €29,000–€39,000 gross per year.
