Description
The Tendering Manager is responsible for independently tendering subcontractor services in the turnkey construction sector, coordinating technical and economic project-team matters, managing procurement processes and contract negotiations, maintaining performance specifications, developing tendering strategies, evaluating technical and economic offers, reviewing special proposals, and participating in change-order management. The role requires a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field or equivalent experience with further training, knowledge of current VOB regulations, MS Office skills, and strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and cost-oriented abilities.
