Description
The Tendering / Proposal Engineer will support the preparation and submission of technical and commercial tenders and proposals for engineering projects in Qatar’s oil and gas sector. Responsibilities include reviewing tender requirements, coordinating technical and commercial information, supporting estimation, ensuring complete and timely submissions, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 2–4 years of relevant experience, fluency in English, and an on-site arrangement for candidates currently based in Qatar.
