Apt Resources is hiring a skilled Teppanyaki Chef for an international culinary team in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role focuses on preparing and cooking Teppanyaki dishes on the grill, engaging guests, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, assisting with menu development and ingredient selection, collaborating with the kitchen team, and managing inventory and ordering for Teppanyaki-specific ingredients. The position requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong Teppanyaki cooking and presentation skills, knife skills, food safety knowledge, and good communication and teamwork abilities, with willingness to relocate to the DRC.
