Description
The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services is hiring Therapist I and Therapist II for its 24-Hour Crisis Center within Behavioral Health and Crisis Services. The role provides crisis intervention, assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapeutic treatment, case management, and multidisciplinary support across mobile crisis outreach, residential crisis services, walk-in clinical assessments, and telephone crisis work. The positions are term positions budgeted through July 1, 2027, are not remote, require evening and weekend work, and require a valid driver’s license. Therapist I requires a master’s degree and a Maryland behavioral health license; Therapist II requires two years of relevant professional experience and a Maryland clinical behavioral health license.
