Description
The Terminal Coordinator leads and develops front-line airport support staff, manages wheelchair-agent operations, conducts daily debriefings, ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and airline policies, coaches employees, coordinates with management and business partners, and completes daily and incident reports. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of airport operation leadership experience, English communication ability, computer and Excel skills, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed.
