Description
The Terminal Manager leads safe and efficient terminal operations, manages Company Drivers and Owner Operators, develops business plans and service strategies, monitors productivity and cost performance, supports customer relationships, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, and develops internal staff. The role reports to the Director, Region Operations and requires at least 5–7 years of transportation management experience, terminal operations knowledge, and computer proficiency. Compensation is up to $150,000 per year base salary plus bonus eligibility, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
