ContainerPort Group is hiring a Terminal Manager for its growing Houston, Texas terminal. The role leads the Fleet Manager, Customer Service, and Operations teams; supports driver acquisition and retention; develops new business; expands relationships with existing customers; coaches teams; and oversees safety, facility maintenance, P&L analysis, electronic logging, and problem-solving. The position requires a high school diploma, five years of intermodal transportation management experience, three years managing an owner-operator fleet, and strong leadership, customer-service, recruiting, communication, and operations skills.
