The position leads daily freight-terminal operations, including receiving, loading and unloading, staging, dispatch, yard activity, fleet coordination, service execution, safety compliance, cost control, customer relationships, employee development, and process improvement. Candidates need at least five years of logistics or transportation operations experience, two years of people leadership experience, strong operational and financial acumen, customer-facing communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to become forklift certified. The salary range is 95,000–110,000 plus bonus, with local candidates only and no relocation or visa sponsorship.
