EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager for its Advanced Solutions rental facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. The role manages a geographic territory, develops new business with contractors and construction principals, maintains customer relationships, responds to inquiries, conducts sales presentations, supports job-site activities, and may assist with equipment rental, sales, and service. Compensation is $150,000–$600,000 in total compensation, including a $40,000 base salary and uncapped commission. The position requires outside sales experience, pump, power, and HVAC equipment or industry knowledge, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
