The Hillman Group is hiring a Territory Manager to manage an assigned territory, achieve sales goals, maintain customer relationships, expand existing accounts, develop market share, and support merchandising and special orders. The role requires a college degree or equivalent work-related experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales software, and preferably prior sales experience. It offers a $450 monthly car allowance or a company car, a competitive base salary with commission potential, health, dental, life insurance, 401K, and other benefits, along with daily travel and physical demands including lifting up to 30 pounds.
