Juul Labs is hiring a Field Sales Representative to manage sales and distribution within a defined geography, develop territory and business plans, sell to retail partners, execute the 4Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, and product, and use analytics to improve performance. The role requires living in Des Moines, being at least 21, having prior marketing-focused experience, proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau, a valid U.S. driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physically demanding field duties. A bachelor's degree or 1–3 years of meaningful field sales experience is preferred, and the salary range is $68,000–$80,000 USD.
