Two’s Company is hiring a full-time, field-based Territory Manager to represent its home décor, fashion accessories, and gift collections to independent specialty retailers in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. The role involves building retailer relationships, managing and expanding the customer base, prospecting, presenting products, collaborating on merchandising and marketing, and using CRM and other sales tools. Candidates must live in the territory, have relevant sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel regularly. The position includes health insurance, a 401(k), a monthly travel allowance, and an uncapped commission structure with most successful managers earning $80,000 to $150,000 annually.
