Gallagher Animal Management is hiring a Territory Manager to grow sales and market share across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois. The role involves building dealer, farmer, and end-user relationships; executing territory sales plans; providing on-farm consultation, demonstrations, training, and technical support; managing CRM, sales performance, competitor activity, and expenses; and representing the company at customer visits and industry events. The position requires extensive territory travel, prior territory sales experience, strong communication and CRM skills, and a valid driver's license. Compensation includes a $75,000–$85,000 base salary, a 20% bonus opportunity, and a company vehicle.
