Flexco is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to oversee distribution-served sales across Northern Georgia, Upstate South Carolina, Western North Carolina, and East Tennessee. The role involves calling on industrial end users, demonstrating and supporting conveyor products, developing customer relationships, meeting sales and service goals, managing and training distributors, evaluating distributor performance, maintaining CRM records, and supporting internal functions. Candidates should have 3–5 years of outside industrial selling experience, strong autonomy, field-travel capability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. The position offers a base compensation of approximately $100,000, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, remote work once per week after training, and other benefits.
