ImpactBio is hiring a full-time Territory Sales Representative in San Francisco to support the U.S. launch of Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections. The role involves promoting the product to healthcare providers, executing a structured sales process, building relationships, developing territory plans, providing field feedback, and maintaining compliance. Prior pharmaceutical sales experience is not required, but a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, coachability, and extensive territory travel are sought. The position offers a $65,000 annual base salary, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a performance-based incentive plan, travel allowances, retirement matching, paid time off, and structured training and mentorship.
