Rep-Lite is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to support growth across the Western United States, including California through Colorado. The role is remote and highly consultative, with approximately 75% customer education and 25% traditional selling, and requires travel of up to 75% to customer workshops, production facilities, and industry events. Responsibilities include territory development, account expansion, product demonstrations, customer education, relationship building, CRM reporting, and collaboration with distributors. Candidates should have at least one year of sales experience or relevant mechanical or automotive background, strong communication and organizational skills, mechanical aptitude, and Microsoft Office proficiency; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
