Description
The Territory Service Representative – Operations is responsible for timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory, safe shipment handling, accurate scanning, COD collections, proof of delivery, documentation, customer service, route efficiency, and compliance with safety and operational procedures. The role requires a minimum 10th standard pass, up to two years of relevant courier, logistics, distribution, retail delivery, or field operations experience, a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence, physical fitness, and willingness to work across shifts, weekends, and holidays. The position is location-agnostic and involves travel of 25%, 50%, or 75% depending on deployment.
