Aplazo is hiring a Territory Supervisor to lead business growth and sustainable development for the Mexico City territory. The role owns revenue and profitability, financial planning, resource allocation, market-share expansion, merchant portfolio development, cross-functional collaboration, change management, and strategic account expansion. Candidates need at least five years of experience in operations, sales, or account management, including one year of people leadership, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL, P&L management, CRM experience, and technology or retail experience are preferred. Spanish and English full-proficiency are required.
