Description
The Test & Evaluation (T&E) Analyst supports CISA by planning, executing, analyzing, and reporting on operational and technical tests of systems in realistic mission environments. The role designs scientifically defensible tests, coordinates multi-stakeholder events, evaluates technical, operational, reliability, and cyber performance, assesses human factors and user workflows, prepares OTEPs and T&E briefings for senior DHS stakeholders, and delivers formal test reports and recommendations. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 10–15+ years of experience, security-clearance eligibility, and extensive T&E, test-design, coordination, and analysis experience.
