The R&D Microwave Test & Integration Junior Engineer will support the test and validation of next-generation microwave equipment in an international R&D environment. The role covers requirements analysis, test strategy and case design, Python automation, AI-assisted test generation, test execution, result analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with test, software, firmware, and system architecture teams. It is intended for recent graduates and early-career professionals, with a stated Italy annual base salary range of 29,302.33–54,418.60 and a 7.50% target incentive.
