Description
The Test & Validation Engineer will validate advanced imaging systems from prototype through industrialization, defining verification plans, test protocols, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices. The role involves hands-on testing of sensors, cameras, and modules across electrical, optical, mechanical, and environmental domains; automating tests with LabVIEW, Python, or similar tools; analyzing results; improving test infrastructure; and collaborating with R&D, project management, quality, and operations teams. The engineer will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement.
