Description
The Test & Validation Engineer will establish and drive verification and validation across Teledyne Gavia’s AUV product portfolio, defining test strategies, plans, requirements traceability, and system-level testing from bench and integration through environmental, qualification, factory acceptance, and field trials. The role coordinates Systems Engineering, Software QA, manufacturing, and field-service teams, supports design for testability, ensures compliance with engineering processes and applicable standards, and maintains complete, repeatable, and auditable test documentation. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and experience in test engineering, verification and validation, or systems engineering are required; AUV, marine, or subsea experience is preferred.
