Description
Williams F1 Team is hiring an Engineering Technician to support Test Engineers with vehicle and powertrain component and sub-assembly testing. The role involves setting up and operating test rigs, configuring and calibrating control software, data acquisition systems, instruments and actuators, performing routine maintenance, interpreting test data, troubleshooting faults, maintaining standard operating procedures, and supporting the development of Technicians and Apprentices. Candidates need extensive practical engineering experience in vehicle or powertrain testing and validation, preferably in Formula One, along with relevant technical qualifications to Level 5 or Level 3 with equivalent vocational development.
