Description
Eightfold is hiring a Test Architect to own the end-to-end quality strategy for its multi-tenant SaaS platform and AI models and copilots. The role defines test architecture and quality gates across unit, API, integration, UI, and end-to-end testing; leads non-functional testing; manages test data and environments; establishes quality metrics; and mentors SDETs and QA engineers. It also owns AI quality, including LLM evaluation, hallucination and safety testing, guardrails, red-teaming, and AI-accelerated testing. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 10+ years of software quality or engineering experience, strong automation and API testing expertise, and experience with cloud-native environments and data- or ML-driven systems.
