Lombard Odier, a global wealth and asset manager specializing in sustainable investing, is seeking an experienced Test Architect to join their Technical Architecture team. The role involves driving the adoption of modern Quality Engineering practices, leading the Test Factory initiative, and shaping how quality is engineered across the organization. This includes defining and evolving enterprise testing strategy, designing scalable test architectures, establishing best practices, integrating testing into CI/CD/CT pipelines, coaching and mentoring teams, promoting shift-left quality ownership, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
