Plata Card is hiring a full-time Sales Agent in Mexico City to contact potential customers by phone, explain the benefits of the Plata Credit Card and other financial products, close sales, support customers through card activation and the post-sale process, and record activity using digital tools. The role requires clear and empathetic communication, basic digital-tool knowledge, negotiation and objection-handling skills, and full-time availability with occasional Saturdays. The position offers a monthly base salary of $10,000 gross, commissions of up to $20,000 or more, biweekly pay, legally mandated benefits, vacation, a Christmas bonus, insurance coverage, growth opportunities, and flexible days.
