Description
The Test Automation Engineer will own and improve the organization’s test strategy and test automation across complex IT landscapes, working with multiple delivery teams and stakeholders. The role involves designing scalable test frameworks, developing and maintaining automated tests, managing test environments and data, improving testing processes and tooling, reporting quality risks, and guiding colleagues. It requires an HBO degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, at least five years of test automation experience, programming proficiency, familiarity with testing and CI/CD tools, and strong Dutch communication skills. The position is hybrid, based in Eindhoven, and pays €4,187 to €6,094 gross per month.
